Terms & Conditions

1. Admission:

• Students must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.
• Admission may be cancelled if any false information is found.

2. Fees Payment:

• Course fees must be paid on or before the specified due date.
• If fees are not paid on time, classes will be temporarily suspended until payment is completed.

3. Refund Policy:

• Refund is applicable only if requested within 3 days of course enrollment.
• No refund will be provided after 3 days under any circumstances.
• Refunds will be processed after deducting GST and payment gateway (Razorpay) charges.

4. Attendance & Leave:

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly.
• Topics covered during leave/absence will be missed.
• The academy is not obligated to reteach missed classes individually.
• Course duration will not be extended due to absences.

5. Class Timings:

• Students must be punctual for all classes.
• Late entry may not be permitted.

6. Discipline:

• Students must maintain proper discipline within the academy premises.
• The academy reserves the right to take action against any misconduct.

7. Certification:

• Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and meeting all requirements.

8. Liability:

• The academy is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

9. Changes to Terms:

• The academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
